Join Mel for a restorative mind–body workshop designed to help participants understand how nutrition and stress are interconnected, and how small, sustainable lifestyle shifts can improve overall wellbeing.

We will explore how stress influences appetite, digestion, energy levels, mood, sleep, and inflammation — and why nourishing the body with balanced meals can help buffer these effects.

Instead of focusing on weight, this workshop highlights how food choices can support mental clarity, hormonal balance, immune health, and emotional stability.

Participants will learn grounding nutrition principles, including how to build meals that keep blood sugar steady, support gut health, and promote calm and vitality throughout the day.

The session also includes gentle yoga and mindful breathing practices that help regulate the nervous system, demonstrating how quickly the body can move from stress to ease.

This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking to feel nourished, calm, and more resilient.

No Yoga experience is required.
