Your 2026 Vision Board Workshop

Join Penny Mason and I for this nurturing vision board workshop designed to help you gain clarity, set meaningful intentions, and focus your energy on the life you want to create.

This workshop offers you dedicated time and space to reflect on what you would like to
achieve in 2026, supporting you to step back from day-to-day demands and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Vision boards work through well-understood processes in the brain that influence attention, motivation, and behaviour, while also providing a tangible, visual anchor for the feelings and experiences you wish to cultivate.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to ground the body and calm the mind, allowing you to arrive fully in the present moment. From this relaxed, receptive state, you’ll create your personal vision board, translating inner clarity into visual intention.

You’ll then be guided through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice—often called “yogic sleep”—to access the subconscious, release mental clutter, and open space for insight and inspiration.

We can’t wait to welcome you and support you in stepping into 2026 with clarity and purpose.

What to expect from this workshop:

  • A completed personal vision board to take home, serving as a clear visual reminder of
    your intentions for 2026

  • Greater clarity and focus around your goals, values, and direction for the year ahead

  • Practical tools to reconnect with your intentions and maintain focus beyond the
    workshop

  • A nourishing blend of creativity, deep relaxation, and mindfulness

  • No previous yoga experience is required

What will be provided:

  • Vision boards to attach your images and words

  • Glue sticks and pens

  • A selection of magazines

  • Light refreshments

What to bring / think about before the workshop:

  • Any images that are meaningful to you, such as places you’d like to visit, people who
    inspire you, or goals you’d like to achieve

  • Any specific words or phrases you’d like to focus on for your vision board (for
    example: feelings, priorities, or achievements)

  • Images or words can be printed, cut from magazines, or downloaded from the internet

  • A yoga mat and any props that help you feel comfortable and relaxed (blanket,
    cushion, eye pillow, etc.)
